The meaning of a term as wide as “cuisine” is hard to grasp. We strive to create dishes that are influenced by the many culinary approaches we have encountered on our travels across the globe. It is with love and dedication that we carefully design our menu. Our creative journey begins in Marica’s colourful garden. Although we use up-to-date technology, it is tradition that is at the core of our approach. Working hand in hand, Manuela and Marica created a traditional and an avant-garde menu. In addition to season menus, we offer must-try dishes that have a permanent place on our menu and our guests’ hearts.
